In this program we will focuses on emotional self-regulation, which has been empirically linked to a number of professional and personal benefits. You strengthen your ability to regulate your emotional state when you understand how you are influenced by it. Feelings Reactions Expectations Thoughts Judgments The next 7 days will focus on helping you strengthen this ability through a combination of learning and exercises. The daily time commitment is typically 10-15 minutes, and we also ask that you practice the exercises at least once outside of course time each day.
